I lost my 1Password master key and had to delete my account and can’t renew it from the Pango account page. How do I get a new one?
Follow the steps below:
- Since you deleted your 1Password account, create a new one using the same email address. Note: make sure you DO NOT provide payment details when creating your account.
- Contact 1Password support and let them know that you created a new account and provide them with the email address on your account.
- The 1Password team will let you know when your account is reactivated.
